Stephenson, Cody, REALTOR®
My name is Cody Stephenson. I am an early riser, I love to workout and nothing makes me happier than a hot cup of coffee. My first love was the Toronto Maple Leafs and my last is my wife Christina. We both grew up in the Fraser Valley and we met at Trinity Western University, where we both graduated with bachelors degrees in Human Kinetics. We bought out first home shortly after getting married and were amazed at how easy the process was. Our conclusion was that the only reason we were able to get through such a large investment milestone so smoothly was because of the help of real estate professionals.
I realized the impact that one can have on another when assisting with a life altering move. One of the fundamental human desires is to have an impact, to leave a legacy that will not be forgotten and to matter. Christina and I will never forget the impact and example of professionalism that our agent gave us. For this reason and many others, I decided I must become part of the business.
Positive impact happens only with a service attitude, an attitude that I wake up in the morning every day and tell myself I will adopt. I’m sure my mom is proud because she always said that “attitude is everything”. Service is my number one value in how I run my business and skillful practice is paramount to maintaining this.
It is not enough in this industry to just be a good guy who wants to help. This is why my growth mindset has served me so well. I am a lifelong learner, always looking for new opportunities to better serve my clients. In my downtime, you will probably find me reading a book on personal development or of course, real estate. If there is a better way to complete a purchase or sale, you can bet I’ll find it.
My priorities in selling real estate are dependent on who I am serving, because what’s right for you may not align with someone else. Your priorities are my priorities, and you can have faith that I will look after your best interest if you give me the chance to work with you. Selling, buying, both or neither, my commitment to serving you will not change.
