John McNabb was born in the interior of BC and re-located to Metro Vancouver when he was 19 years old. Having lived in such diverse neighborhoods as Downtown, Commercial Dr. district, Shaughnessy, Killarney and the Fraser Valley, John has a broad understanding of Lower Mainland properties and a deep appreciation for unique, luxury homes that showcase distinctive, west coast living. He is also active in commercial real estate within the Greater Vancouver area.
Before becoming a REALTOR in 2005, John owned and operated a robust retail business, in addition to developing a successful organization of over 800 sales consultants that he trained and mentored on a regular basis. As a team they generated millions of dollars in annual sales and became one of the Top 10 distributors of home and office décor products in Canada. With a focus on lifestyle elegance and affordable luxury, he developed a keen eye for seeing the ‘diamond in the rough’ in community renewal and contemporary trends. John McNabb began his real estate career as a buyer’s agent, achieving 4 times the average realtor’s sales in his first year of business. He has since gone on to be recognized as a successful and highly respected realtor.
